The website www.bibliocosmos.com (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Bibliocosmos. We sell Greek books, children’s English books, vintage magazines/newspapers and stationery.

By browsing and/or placing an order you accept these terms. Prices may change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Availability

Customers may place orders without immediate payment. After submission we verify availability and calculate shipping costs. You will receive an email with the final amount (items + shipping) and payment instructions.

Although we strive for accuracy, it is possible (rarely) that an item is unavailable. In such case you will be informed and the order will be cancelled or adjusted upon your confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment Methods

• PayPal (also accepts cards)
• JCC Gateway (Visa / Mastercard / AmEx)
• Bank transfer (Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank, Piraeus Bank)

Payment takes place after you receive the email with the final amount. Dispatch starts after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Cyprus, Greece and internationally. Shipping is not calculated at checkout due to product specifics; it is calculated manually and communicated before payment. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before payment without any charge. If after verification an item is unavailable, we will notify you and cancel or adjust the order (e.g. remove the item) upon your confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition/packaging.

Exceptions: Certain magazines/newspapers or collectible items may be non-returnable (except if defective). For defective items, contact us for replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective items). Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, card via JCC, or bank transfer) within 14 business days after receipt/inspection.
